1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and the wc444 platform ("wc444", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the website located at wc444.cam and all associated services, content, features and tools made available thereon.

By accessing the wc444 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, accepting a promotional offer or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wc444 platform and close any account you hold with us.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the wc444 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and any eligible bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value or matched deposit credit awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and other conditions.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money into a Player's Account via the Platform's cashier.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the operator to confirm a Player's age, identity and source of funds as appropriate.
• "Platform" means the wc444 website at wc444.cam together with all services, software, content and tools provided thereon.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who creates an Account and/or uses the wc444 Platform.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player from their own financial resources, excluding bonus credit.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a request by a Player to transfer funds from their Account Balance to an external payment account.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the wc444 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement. wc444 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by minors will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling through the wc444 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. wc444 does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular country, province or territory, including Pakistan. Pakistan's gambling laws include but may not be limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. This document does not constitute legal advice. wc444 does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the wc444 Platform. Creating, operating or using multiple Accounts — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals and forfeiture of Balances.

3.4 Employees and Associates

Employees, officers, directors and immediate family members of wc444 and its affiliated companies, service providers and software licensors are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and such other details as the registration form requires. You must promptly notify wc444 of any changes to your registration information. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Identity Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal and at any other time wc444 reasonably requires, you may be asked to complete identity verification ("KYC"). Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport issued by the Government of Pakistan or other recognised authority;
• Proof of current residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement or equivalent), where required;
• A selfie or liveness verification confirming the identity of the account holder;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used, where applicable.

All documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal only. Never send identity documents through unencrypted channels such as general email, WhatsApp or social media. Documents must not be altered, cropped, edited or obscured in any way. Submission of falsified documents constitutes fraud and will be reported to relevant authorities.

4.3 Source of Funds

wc444 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into a Player Account as part of enhanced due diligence. Failure to provide satisfactory source of funds documentation may result in withdrawal holds, Account suspension or Account closure.

5. Account Management

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. wc444 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security.

In the event you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wc444 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password at the earliest opportunity.

5.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting wc444 support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be resolved in accordance with the applicable bonus terms, or the bonus funds will be forfeited. Any Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of applicable charges will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

5.3 Account Suspension and Closure by wc444

wc444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity; failure to complete KYC; provision of false registration information; or as required by applicable law or the operator's licensing obligations.

6. Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods available for deposits are displayed in the Platform's live cashier. Availability is subject to change without notice. The following are mentioned as familiar payment references for Pakistani players only — wc444 does not represent that any of the following providers permit, endorse or support gambling transactions: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Cryptocurrency options including BTC, ETH and USDT may be available subject to operator terms and applicable law.

6.2 Own Funds Only

All deposits must be made using payment accounts held exclusively in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made on your behalf by another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6.3 Minimum Deposits and Fees

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These may vary by payment method and are subject to change without notice. wc444 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. You must have completed the applicable KYC verification process before any withdrawal request will be actioned. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used to deposit where possible. wc444 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to operator processing times that vary by payment method. wc444 makes no guaranteed payout-time commitments. Processing times stated in the cashier or support documentation are estimates only and may be affected by verification requirements, payment provider delays or other operational factors.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per defined time period are displayed in the cashier. These limits may be adjusted by wc444 at any time.

7.4 Name Match Requirement

The name on the payment account to which a withdrawal is directed must precisely match the full legal name registered on your wc444 Account. Discrepancies will result in the withdrawal being declined pending resolution and may trigger further KYC requirements.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Illustrative Nature of Promotional Figures

Any bonus amounts, percentage matches, free spin values or PKR figures presented on the wc444 Platform — including on the homepage, landing pages and promotional materials — are illustrative examples only unless expressly stated as live current offers. Actual promotional terms, availability and values are determined by the operator and are subject to change without notice. 8.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") which must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, the deposit amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — game contribution weightings are specified in individual promotion terms.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your Account Balance without compensation. Wagering requirement expiry periods are specified per promotion.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

wc444 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim Bonus Funds and associated winnings in any case where promotional abuse is suspected, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated play with other players to exploit promotional mechanics.

8.5 Promotional Eligibility

wc444 reserves the right to restrict promotional eligibility based on player history, account status, deposit method, geographic location or any other criteria it deems relevant. Promotional offers may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Players who consider themselves unfairly excluded should contact support for clarification.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 General Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed through the wc444 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, game or market type selected. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the applicable rules before placing a wager. wc444 may void bets where technical errors, data feed failures or manifest errors have resulted in incorrect odds or market conditions being offered.

9.2 Minimum and Maximum Stake Limits

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by market, sport, game type, Account status or promotional period. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or within the applicable game interface.

9.3 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to typographical errors in odds, game parameters, bonus values or player balances — wc444 reserves the right to void affected bets and transactions and restore Account Balances to their position prior to the error. wc444 is not liable for any losses or foregone winnings arising from a manifest error.

9.4 In-Play Markets

In-play betting markets are offered at wc444's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time. Bets accepted during a suspension period may be voided. Players placing in-play bets should be aware that odds reflect real-time data and can change rapidly. Delays in data transmission may affect market accuracy.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wc444 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts;
• Using the Account of another person or allowing another person to use your Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors or technical malfunctions for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including credit card fraud, identity fraud or chargeback fraud;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions;
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity that facilitates money laundering or the financing of illegal activity;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or "arbing" strategies that exploit promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer;
• Interfering with the Platform's infrastructure, security or functionality;
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour toward wc444 staff or other users.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the wc444 Platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, iconography, audio-visual materials and data compilations is the property of wc444 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, sold or otherwise used without the prior written consent of wc444 or the relevant rights holder.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any element of the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 No Guarantee of Winnings

wc444 makes no representation that participation in any game, sport betting market or promotional offer will result in any profit to the Player. All gambling involves risk. Players may lose all funds deposited. wc444 expressly disclaims any warranty that gaming outcomes are favourable to Players.

12.2 Platform Availability

wc444 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events or regulatory requirements. wc444 shall not be liable for losses arising from inability to access the Platform during periods of unavailability.

12.3 Cap on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wc444's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

12.4 Consequential Loss

wc444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if wc444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Responsible Gambling

wc444 is committed to supporting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly and monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits — caps on the total amount you may lose within a defined period;
• Wagering Limits — restrictions on total stake amounts within defined timeframes;
• Session Time Reminders — notifications after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Cool-Off Periods — temporary breaks from the Platform ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion — longer-term exclusion options of 6 months, 12 months, 5 years or permanent exclusion.

Activation of any responsible-gambling tool is irreversible for the duration of the selected period. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, any promotional communications you receive in error should be disregarded; please contact support to report receipt.

15. Changes to These Terms

wc444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details held on their Account or by prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain familiar with the current version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
